General Rules will be used from the rules at neprotruck.com. This open event is not a points race for any track or series. No points funds apply. Posted awards will be paid out as collected from each participating sponsor. WTC only acts as an agent between race venues, drivers and owners. Racing is a dangerous sport and can result in injury or death. These guidelines do not imply safety. Safety is the responsibility of the car owner/crew chief.
ALL RULES ARE PRESENTED AS A GUIDELINE. It is impractical and impossible to list all modifications and infractions. It is our experience that new ones are invented daily. If a guideline does not accomplish it’s goal we reserve the right to modify or add to that guideline without notice. WTC reserves the right to modify, delete amend or update these guidelines. The WTC interpretation is the official interpretation of any guideline or rule.
By applying to this event or participating in it, you are agreeing to abide by any and all WTC rulinigs pertaining to any issue connected to this event. Competitors include owners, drivers, crew members and anyone associated with an entry. The competitor’s only recourse when disagreeing with WTC officials or suffering any loss as a result of participation is to withdraw from the event.

ProTruck Open Rules
Tires/Rims: All teams must run the Hoosier Tires currently legal for the ProTruck Challenge. All tires must be purchased at Hoosier Tires East.
Left Side : #500 on 15X8 Rims
Right Side #1060 on 15 x 10 rims
No other tires will be allowed to compete in this event.
The competitor agrees that tires may be tested at Blue Ridge Labs. No chemical treatment or any other treatment of any type is allowed. Payouts will not be made until tire testing is complete. It is understood that chemical testing will require that tire to be destroyed.
Chassis: Three types of Chassis are Eligible for competition in the NPN event.
Type 1: Purpose built ProTrucks excluding Seekonk Metric. All will have a Truck Style center section Those would include A/B and C Chassis
Type 2: Street Stock Conversion / D: (Must have been previously run as a street stock type race vehicle before converting to the ProTruck body
- Wheel base: 108 – 112 inches non-conforming add 5 lbs. per ¼ inch outside range
- No Offset: Driveline-Front Clip-Rear Clip– Main frame rails must share the same centerline
- Ground Clearance 4 inches
- Stock Snout or OEM replacement./Johnson (78-87 G Body)
- Non- metric or non-OEM add 50 lbs.
