15.0  Windows – Chassis  Type A/B/C/D/S

• Front Windshield
  • Polycarbonate mandatory
  • Window must be braced in a manner that prevents bending concave
    (NHIS bracing from behind is suggested)
  • Minimum front windshield angle is 37 degrees at center
    
• 2022 and Newer design Five Star Body Trucks are exempt from the window rule provided the body was installed in accordance with Five Star’s body rules below.  Truck not meeting specs must run their rear spoiler at a minimum of  80 degrees.

• Rear Window
  • Polycarbonate mandatory
  • Must be sandwiched between metal straps to secure
     
• Side windows
  • Not allowed
  • Opening minimum 17 inches
  • not limited to body clearance
  • includes top of door to cage
     
• Aquaducts
  • Max 2 standard size per side  (WTC reserves the right to refuse use without reason)
  • Cover when not in use cannot extended more than 1  inch past opening
     
• Window Net:
  • Mandatory, ribbon or mesh type only.
  • SFI rated.
  • Must be hinged from bottom with quick release buckle or lever type latch.
