Contingency Awards:
$300 to fast race time of the weekend sponsored by Karns Automotive and Taylor Lawn Care

$300 Evolve Mortgage -New Winner Challenge Award
 for any driver that gets their first ProTruck Tour win in this event.

$200 NorthEast Truck & Off-Road Hard Charger Award
to the team that improves the most positions during the 2nd 25 lap event. 

$100 to fast time in qualifying for race 1 from WASCO Gas and Welding Supply 
       
*Hoosier Decal must be above tire on both sides to be awarded points or purse money

 *Winning purse posted includes $1000 to win plus all Special Awards and Contingency programs:
 Certain contingency and or bonus awards require usage of that product and proper display of sticker during this event in order to receive payment. Some contingency and or bonus awards are paid directly by the provider and require the team to be registered as a full season team*. WTC cannot assure payment for contingency or bonus awards.

Race entry (Not registration fee) is a fee to pay for dyno, inspection equipment, race related expenses  and officials.  If entering online it will be deducted from your check.  If entering on site, payment is due on site. Online entry is $50.00  Onsite entry is $100.00

 Please note  that the registered owner and driver remain responsible for all team members associated with this entry.  Team owners and/or drivers are responsible for paying team member fines.
    
In consideration of this event, the acceptance of this entry by WTC, its associated companies including the ProTruck Challenge, New England Truck Series and entities, the undersigned hereby agrees that WTC shall have the exclusive right to use, without further compensation to the undersigned, their name(s), picture(s), likeness(es), picture(s) of race car(s), and performance(s), or any part thereof, for any and all purposes and in any manner in connection with promoting, advertising, recording, broadcasting, producing and reproducing or exploiting or benefiting in any way from this event or any other events sanctioned by WTC, whether before, during or after such event(s), including but not limited to photography, television and radio broadcasts, film productions and print media. The undersigned understands and agrees that this exclusive right shall be freely assignable by WTC.     In addition, the undersigned agrees to be bound by any and all decisions made by WTC /  Pro Truck Challenge, which decisions shall be final and without recourse or appeal. In the event that this application is terminated, it shall be without restitution of any part of the fee paid in connection with this entry and further, the undersigned waive any and all rights or claims to any bonus money due resulting from  racing efforts with WTC  prior to termination. The undersigned further waives any and all rights for themselves, their agents or assigns, to institute any action, or actions, suits or proceedings, whether at law, in equity, or before any administrative agency or board in any jurisdiction, whether under the laws of the United States of America or Canada, or any political subdivision of either Country against WTC, Moonlight Physician’s Network, Logistic Automation or  the Pro Truck Challenge for any act or action taken or not taken, or any refusal to act on the part of WTC or any of its employees, agents or servants, or any persons for whose activities WTC may be responsible, arising out of the promoting, sanctioning, sponsoring, operating, regulating, scoring, rule making, decision making of any event.    In consideration of acceptance of this entry by WTC and the Pro Truck Challenge, the undersigned, for themselves and their heirs, successors and assigns, do hereby release WTC and The Pro Truck Challenge, its associated companies and entities and their officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of actions, suits, damages, and claims that the undersigned or their heirs, successors, and assigns may have now, or at any time in the future may have, arising in any manner out of WTC and Evolve Pro Truck Challenge-sanctioned events, excepting only WTC’s obligation to pay purses, bonuses and awards as set forth in the individual official entry blanks for WTC and the Pro Truck Challenge sanctioned events. The undersigned understands and agrees that this release constitutes a waiver and release of any and all claims for personal injury, death, breach of contract, and any other loss or damage except as previously provided herein.

WTC / The Pro Truck Challenge acts as an agent for the owners, teams and drivers arranging events and makes no claims to the safety of this event. Racing is known to be dangerous and may result in injury and death.  Participation at any level is at the participants own risk. WTC / The Pro Truck Challenge makes no guarantee of the  funds listed and is not responsible for payment until the funds are collect from the various venues and sponsors. No insurance is offered in connection with this event. Participants are individual contractors.

The first 25 lap race at Hudson is a used tire race.
The second 25 lap race at Hudson is a new tire race.

All purchases of new tires must be approved through the series.

Race 1
Qualifying:
*All trucks will time trial for race 1
*The top 6 will redraw for starting position.
*Positions 7-16 will line-up based on time trials
*Positions 17-20 will lineup by 2024 owners points for trucks that did not qualify in the top 16.
*Positions at the rear of the field (may) be awarded at the promoters/series option.
*First week teams may be required to start to the rear of the field as per the race director’s discretion. 

Qualifying Race 2:
*Times from race 1 will be utilized as a time trial for race 2.
*The top 6 will redraw for starting position.
*Positions 7-16 will line-up based on time trials
*Positions 17-20 will lineup by 2024 owners points for trucks that did not qualify in the top 16.
*Positions at the rear of the field (may) be awarded at the promoters/series option.
*First week teams may be required to start to the rear of the field as per the race director’s discretion.

Playoff Drivers:
The following Drivers are officially in the Elite Eight Championship Berths:
Randy Burr, Todd Taylor, Jason Paquette, Duane Noll, Nikolas Frechette, Chris Palmer, Sean Caron, Dennis Charette. Should any of these drivers not participate in race 1 at Hudson, the next driver in points will be placed in the Elite Eight.

The Elite Eight will be scored in relation to each other in race 1.
At the conclusion of the race the top 4 will be the “Final 4”.

Race 2 will feature all 8 drivers.
If a driver does not participate in race 2, the highest finishing elite 8 driver not qualifying after race 1 will be placed in the top 4. The driver not participating will be placed outside of the top 8. The next driver in points will be added to the elite 8.

The Final 4 will be scored in relation to each other. How they finish in relation to each other will determine their points position. The driver finishing 1st out of those four is the series champion.

Those of the Elite Eight that did not make the final four will also be scored in relation to each other. How ever they finish in relation to each other will determine positions 5-8 in the final standings.

Playoff Payout : 1st :$5000 2nd:$2000 3rd:$1000 4th:$750 5th:$500 6th:400 7th:300 8th:200

Each car must have a Driver, Owner, Crew Chief and Spotter.
Spotters are for safety purposes. Spotters that engage in blocking will be suspended immediately.

A race is over at the waiving of the checkered flag. Any incident initiated after the race end will most likely end up in suspension and forfeiture of any funds.   This includes bumping and any pit arguments. Stay in your own pit.

All race trucks are subject to chassis dyno testing.  By entering this event you are agreeing that the entered ProTruck you own may be transported to the chassis dyno and tested by and/or under the direction of the ProTruck Challenge competition director.     

All teams accept that tires samples may be taken.  Tire testing results from Blue Ridge Race labs may not be challenged and are considered final.

Acceptance to this event is at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
